The Brilliant Design Process
From your first visit to the moment you open our iconic box, our approach is guided, thoughtful, and deeply collaborative.
STEP N°01: LET’S TALK
Book a consultation in our Roswell showroom or virtually. We’ll discuss your vision, style, timeline, and budget. Our custom design consultations are a complimentary experience. We believe in taking the time to understand your vision, style, and story, no pressure, only inspiration. We dedicate 60 minutes to each consultation, ensuring a relaxed, personalized experience that lets us get to know you and bring your dream piece to life.
STEP N°02: SKETCH, RENDER, REVISE AND SOURCE
We’ll illustrate your design, hand-select stones, and offer custom styling options. Within 10-14 days of your consultation, we’ll send you a detailed computerized (CAD) rendering of your piece via email. This serves as the foundation for our collaborative process, allowing us to refine and perfect the design together. At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and ensure every detail aligns with your vision before moving forward.
STEP N°03: CREATE A 3D-PRINTED MODEL
In the next phase, we create a 3D-printed model of your design, allowing you to try on a replica of your jewelry. This hands-on preview ensures that every detail meets your expectations and brings your vision to life before final production, giving you full confidence in your piece’s design and fit. We’re here to make adjustments if needed before moving forward.
STEP N°04: PRESENT YOUR FINISHED PIECE
Once your design is finalized, we’ll provide a detailed pricing approval for your review. If needed, we can adjust the design to align with your budget expectations. With your written approval, we’ll proceed with the production of your new piece. Please allow 4-8 weeks for completion as we meticulously craft your jewelry to perfection. You’ll receive a custom piece that’s beautifully boxed, wrapped, and ready to wear or gift.
