STEP N°01: LET’S TALK
Book a complimentary consultation at our Roswell showroom or virtually from the comfort of home. We’ll take time to understand the story behind your inherited piece, your personal style, and your vision for what it could become.

Once we understand your goals, we’ll begin the creative process by sketching ideas, exploring reset options, and sourcing any additional stones or metals needed. Within 10–14 days, you’ll receive a detailed CAD (computer-aided design) rendering of your redesigned piece. This stage is all about collaboration giving you space to refine and revise so that every detail aligns with your vision while still honoring the original heirloom.
STEP N°03: A HANDS-ON PREVIEW WITH 3D MODELING
Next, we’ll craft a 3D-printed replica of your future jewelry. This allows you to see proportions, feel the fit, and make any last adjustments with total confidence. It’s a special moment where legacy meets modern craftsmanship, and where your vision starts to come to life.
STEP N°04: YOUR STORY, BEAUTIFULLY REIMAGINED
After final design approval, we’ll share a detailed estimate for your heirloom redesign. If needed, we’ll make thoughtful adjustments to align with your budget. Once you’ve approved the design, our team begins the meticulous process of crafting your finished piece. Please allow 4–8 weeks for completion. The result? A one-of-a-kind treasure thoughtfully redesigned, elegantly wrapped, and ready to be worn with love or passed down again.
